Last entry on UK trip...London

Have been busy all these days to finish my term, really dont have much times to update my blogs...sorry to all my blog frequent visitor...come to the last part of my UK trip, of course have to visit capital city of England - London...

this should be familiar to all of you...the landmark of London even UK - Big Ben

Night view...an unforgettable scene in my life...

The whole Parliament building

London Eye, Eye on Malaysia really so small to me....but the riding fee is very high, cost me 13pound for half an hour...

London has a lot of famous churches, chapels and cathedrals than anywhere else in England, one of them must visit is Westminster Abbey. The entrance of Westminster Abbey is a majestic vision...

London China Town...Don't plan to eat any Chinese food here, you won't feel the price is worth ...just imagine you need to pay around RM35 to eat a plate of wan-tan mee...better come back Malaysia to eat la

"London Bridge is falling down...falling down..falling down.." I'm sure you all know this song, but here I am in London Bridge, still stand still in London...I expected it to be like Tower bridge below, but it's just a normal bridge in anywhere....

Have a chance to eat steamboat at a friend's house in London...the feeling of eating steamboat in London is very different, I can feel the warmness in this cold weather because really thankful even in overseas still have friends can help me...haha...need to thank yoke yian for her hospitality when my stay in London....

This isn't a simple line, this is the line to divide the world into East and West - Greenwich Line(GMT)...my pose there is a typical pose when tourist take picture there...one leg in the East and one leg in the West...
Alright, after one week in UK, it's time to go back....the pic above was taken while returning to Malaysia...a nice layer of cloud....Hope next time have more time to explore UK....~Home Sweet Home

Glasgow, Scotland

After 2 days in Edinburgh, it's time to continue my journey to Glasgow...Compared Edinburgh and Glasgow, Edinburgh still preserves its historical beauty while Glasgow is a modern and bustling city. For a city boy like me, of course Glasgow wasn't that impressed. But the architecture still very special to me...

Central Station of Train
Typical architecture in the city of GlasgowRiver Clyde, major river in the central Glasgow...the whether was gloomy on that day...The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall
Autumn in Glasgow ParkOne of the museum in University of GlasgowI saw this bus arrival electronic board even in a small bus station, really hope that Malaysia can implement this system.the best autumn picture I took in Glasgow, like this picture very much...

Cherating Retreat (10-11/3)

Have been down and bad mood for many days, so just let myself escape from this sad place and run away to Cherating ^_^ Maybe God also wanted to play with me, my friend's car broke down on the way to Cherating....so we went to Temerloh to repair his car...Just change the faulty cooling coil already cost RM230, so imagine need to change the whole compressor will cost you how much... After nearly 2 hours repair, we continued straight out journey to Cherating...

First view from my Apartment - feel worth after traveling 4 hours to reach here
BBQ at night

Oh ya...Forgot to mention that this BBQ was at the poolside and luckily I declared I had camera and handphone with me, if not,I will be similar like this....
Being thrown into the water....haha

After BBQ, the activities were not very special...just gambled a few rounds(AGAIN although CNY has finished) and went out to beach...Suddenly saw this small motorcycle and my childhood memory floated in my mind, so Yoke Mei and I ride on it....(Don't know why got a person behind us...haiya, spoiled the dramatic feeling already...)

With Chee Hong (MMU graduate senior)

Needless to say, after that we just chit-chat, drank beers and fell asleep.

Cherating is a fishing village, that's why you can see so many fishing boats here...

Of course, this is my favorite pose every time I visit beach...haha

Edinburgh, Scotland

Today really don't have that mood to elaborate further on this trip, so just enjoy viewing my picture...or you ask me privately how pretty Edinburgh is...

Scott MonumentScotland traditional costume - Kilt(checked skirt)

Then took a half-an-hour train to North Berwick, a seaside town east of Edinburgh...

Sea is just opposite these terrace house, a nice view indeed...thinking of migrating to here when I am old...Tantallon Castle, North Berwick (Entrance fee isn't free)This town is tranquil and relaxing...really like it very much even I compare it with Kampung in Malaysia.

Took train again back to Edinburgh, just 5pm and the sky was so dark already...Followed some mates and local went to pub in Scotland...I remember this pin of beer just cost me 1.75pound...which is very cheap for them, but it''s not cheap for me!!!The Hub

1/4 update: I just read newspaper today stating that this hotel Room 652 is the place where J.K Rowling finished her last book of Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallow in January....can you feel the aura of harry potter?haha...
Edinburgh is called the city of spires...I'm sure you know why by looking at this picture...
